Women of Color and Leadership - What Are the Barriers to Leadership?
As a woman of color and leadership, what have been the barriers that you've had to either leading people well or even getting to the positions of leadership? So there's been things as simple or as ridiculous as being put forth for talks. There's this advanced assumption that either I don't speak English or I'm going to have an accent that's not going to be understood. Or again, in the way that I've chosen to lead, vulnerability, authenticity, building really great high performing teams.
