Getting Back Into Running

For whatever reason, i'ma naturally more inclined for endurance activity rather than strength or power activity. So this time getting back into it, i started it at a time when i was pretty busy,. Even when i wanted to go out for a ridiculous run like dod, who's got the time? I also did a little bit of cold water immersion. And there are potential downsides of, you know, if you're regularly doing post exercisecold water immersion could attenuate some of your training adaptations. For me, mitachondrial adaptations, i'll take care of em later.
