I don't think in the sense that you're thinking because there's usually this disconnect where the marketing department is something else. They're not working with usability and making it user friendly. So again, we're working in silos. And they're not paying attention to what everyone else is doing in the organization. That's so weird because how people use other services, digital services should affect your work because like. Exactly.
