The Three Biggest Factors That Affect Our Property Markets
I believe we should look for a moment at the three big factors that are going to increase property values over the long term. And one of them is what I've already mentioned, but let me go into a little bit more detail for you and that's demographics. The demographics of a population doesn't just determine how many of us there are, but how we want to live and where wewant to live. These factors are more significant than the ups and downs in interest rates. If we're talking about the long term of the most significant ups and downs of interest rates, because that's what's going to affect the sort of properties that will be in strong demand or priced high.
