Launches Aren't Exhausting
There's a lot of society pressure on it, plus you see everybody else doing it. And then you've got to be doing a challenge alongside that. Launches aren't a bad thing, and i don't mind emaling my people,. But if all you do is launch, and you need the launches to do well, there's going to be a lot of urgency. Urgency works. But it's like living in an adrenelin state all the time. That's not good for your people. They they will get beat down by it. If you do it every once in a while, sign a big deal. It really, it's just kind of an exciting event. So
