The Problem With Power Force

A lot oft the recent history of western civilization has been one of dominance over in what we're conceived of, perceived of as inferior cultures. A hierarchy built on power is unstable. It isn't operating as a consequence of the will of the masses. The problem with being the person who gets the other person to do something by force is you have to enforce it and that's costly. Even the most effective tyrannies suffer during times of power transition.
