What Are You Doing on Your Calendar?
I remember like last January or the January before our business was not doing well and it was a SOS moment. And so if we can try to keep up with what we're doing on a daily basis, and then we can go back and visit it and color code it in retrospect, that works too. So when you know those big rock activities, you've got to get them on your calendar and you'vegot to protect it. Especially if it's one of those 20% activities that will get you the 80% result of protected on your calendar,. create a bunker, right?
