Sertn markets will pay a little bit more, depending on the cost of living. We're trying to cover meals at the same time we're taking them out to eat. Most people need about 60 grand to cover their ends. But if you pay less than that and they can't make ends meet, that's when it becomes all about the money. So i'm creating another programe by internal promoter programme, and that's where they can make 15 hundred dollars to recruit somebody. Two people a month equals 36 thousand dollars. Cause 15 hundred times two is three thousand times 12 is 36 thous plus. She's not cheap but there's so much money so i had to go there.
