The Reality of PPOs

The average that we see over across the country, the loss to PPOs is anywhere from low end 25-28% Average about 35% High is in the low 40s with the exception of parts of California where they're actually closer to 50 Let's call it 35% So if you're doing a top line million dollars, dentists are writing off $350,000. The other thing that they're missing is the cost of doing the free work so let's say they did $300,000 right off. That would be a million dollar practice and I'm all about getting out of PPOs but the reality is when I say it's the last thing I would recommend
