The Different Isotopes of Iridium

What determines the atom to be an iridium atom is that it has 75 protons in its nucleus. But there's also a question of how many neutrons does it have? Nuclear, I tend to have a few more neutrons than protons in that stable form. And so, those different isotopes, each iridium atom has a different mass because each proton weighs on each neutron. If you have an isotope with more neutrons, it will weigh more.
