Let the Pain Pass Through Your Heart and Out Again Into the Wor Net
Breathe in the pain like dark granules on the stream of air, up through your nose, down through your trachia, your lungs, your heart and out again into the wor net. You're asked to do nothing for now, but let it pass through your heart. Be sure that stream flows through and out again. Not to hang on to the pain, but surrender it for now into the healing resources of life's vast web.
