The Gospels Proclaim a Message About Jesus That They Want You to Believe
In all four Gospels, a large part of them focuses on the final week leading up to Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection. Each Gospel has a slightly different emphasis, but they are proclaiming a message about Jesus. And so the four Gospels must be thought of as news stories of a good kind. This ought to remind us that the gospel itself is new.
