What's Something You Wish You Knew Before Starting a Business?

I think the idea that I got eventually but the fact that everyone is faking it, like I used to when I was starting a business. Everyone really has been is winging it and this time, for instance, when I'm building a company,. I'm a lot more confident and trusting my own choices and my own beliefs. And yeah, I wish it something I'd internalized a little bit sooner since I spent so much time in my last company trying to do what I thought good CEOs do versus what is it that works for me as a manager or as a leader.
