Food was also very important to your parents and they started when you're a kid some sort of supper club called the gourmet club. You write in the introduction to the book as certain foods providing I really love this ton of phrase a sensory connection to the south talk even more about those flavors to me. When I think of just like the onions and garlic cooking and just those kind of sense of you know pepper and spice colored greens a ham-hop which would go in greens or beans A lot of slow cooking a lot of pots something always simmering on the back burner so you know kind of torturing us all the time yeah.
