Every leader listening should get a stack of cards, stationary cards, put it on their desk as a reminder. The other thing I would highly recommend is that you look for ways to reach as far down into the organization as possible to say thank you. It doesn't take a lot of time, but it goes a long way. Your organization is better if there is a culture of gratitude and as leaders, we set the pace.
