The Importance of Having Implicit Knowledge in Decision Making

In the future, there will be a lot of implicit knowledge that people have built up by just like doing a lot of practice work ahead of time. So you not only have to have the right approach on the box somewhere, but you also have to pick it rather than a different one. I guess it means that there's a lot of value in being in management or advisory roles where you might be tasked with making this kind of decision. But I would also want to emphasize that if you are going to be in that role, you also then need to be like the most technically competent person, right, or at least better than whoever your replacement would have been.
