i was really struggling with priortizing working out that like, i always, i've a lot of projects. And m, working out actually felt kind of like self indulgent or kind of selfish. Most of my adult life, i did the absolute minim, impossible to hip my finis gulls. So jash is clearly a busy person. You know, you have your day job as a yet a trainer andfit is expert, and then you write these books, and you're taking psychology coarse work, and so you're busy. How do you make exercise happen in your life?
