The Challenge for Edge Leaders
The challenge for edge leaders is that they have to recognize that they are embedded they're currently embedded in the system, which reinforces and rewards them for traditional behaviors. I would say, as everything, it's a journey and give yourself the gift of allowing yourself to learn right so instead of wanting to do leadership perfectly.
