The Importance of Mission Based Teamwork

When you're just representing a function, people seem to think you can send anybody from that function. And literally been in meetings where like six of the seven people have never been in this meeting around this context before and are sitting around a table looking at each other because nobody actually knows what we're there to do. They're just repping whatever function. Exactly. If you come from the finance function, you need to come with like the authority and the opinion to do the job.
