In the 20th century, India was seen as a country close to the Soviet block. The de-hyphenation was essential for them, right? And China. Suddenly the positioning of India with the other China. It was not too early to nuclear trade. How many nuclear plants will you trade? Even when they were doing it,. everybody was like, okay, this is starting, but the actual nuclear trade will happen with Europe. Or with France. Right. They will be the first ones. and that's what happened actually.
