The Role of Confirmation Bias at Work
Our view of the future is highly reflective of our biaces. Confirmation bias suggests that we don't eve circumstances objectively. We pick out those bits of data that make us feel good because they confirm our prejudices. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so just a few words, but a great deal of wisdom.
