Is Everything Caused? Is It What It Is?
I've heard acknowledging that things are the way they are, that this moment is what it is. And really importantly, and we'll get into this, that everything is caused. So I think one of the main reasons that this matters is that it can significantly reduce suffering. You know, if we think about the difference between pain and suffering, there is a differencebetween pain and suffering. It's kind of like a layer on top of pain that comes when we don't accept the pain or when we try to like struggle or fight against the pain. All that kind of separates like an extra layer of suffering on top of that original pain.
