In another country, I earn his Hemingway. In the story we're going to read today in another country, the protagonist is never named, but his experiences are consistent with Hemingway's own and also with Nick Adams. And so it's talking about really how he stays awake and what he thinks about during these pit full nights,. When it becomes light out, he's not quite so scared and he's able to go to sleep. So it's a really courageous story where Hemingway is penetrating the psyche of a disturbed soldier.
