Christon: Leadership is not about the leader. It's about everybody else. Most firms have what is called a fixed culture or status coal culture. They get this crack addiction to their current business model. And they are it's very, very difficult for them to change with these changing times and change with more importantly, their changing markets. I i think there's going to be a lot less of those kind of like heading the sand leaders coming up because their companies are going to get blown apart.
