The Importance of System Change in an Organization
It has to be an organization wide initiative, not just of a select few but of the entire leadership team. It really is why this system change is needed in most organizations and I think you hit on so many reasons why this is needed at this point. We've gotten accustomed to this notion that gender means women, but actually the norms and the constructs we have around gender can be harmful to everyone, including men.
