What Is the Core of Interior Examination?

A limited reflection leads to dangerous reaction. We were, we were called into a relationship with christ to open every part of our being to him. And so interior examination is not simply about naval gazing. It's not simply about ro in self awareness and self actualization. At the core of interior examination is how can i be a loving, non anxious presence in the world? That's the core of it.
