A man in a t-shirt and jeans with no shoes approached the reception desk. He insisted that he needed to come up to his room because there was a "devil in the wall" I didn't believe him, but offered to check it out after he switched rooms. The guest eventually calmed down so he took the keys to the old room and into the new one within five minutes.
