Veremyr's Failure to Take Over the Mind of Thistle
Before Veremyr dies he tries to take over the mind of the woman Thistle who was trying to help him. He sort of gets into her brain but she kind of fights him off. She claws out her own eyes and bites off her own tongue spitting it out at one point. The face of a heart tree. Right there. Whenever you die or a consciousness goes is a nearest tree.
