Design Consultancy: A Different Lens to a Problem

A lot of the projects that we've built some of them start out as improvements on Spreadsheets where company is right managing inventory or they're managing talent. And so how do we look at what people are already accomplishing these goals and come up with more creative, non obvious, ambitious ways to solve those. We'll also look at the business from an external perspective. Looking at the landscape and not just the immediate competitors, the direct competitors, but who are the indirect or the peripheral competitorsWho are the existing alternatives? That's a big part of our job. So it's just a matter of shit. Yeah, absolutely.
