Kathleen Fallbig's Testimony at the Blanche Inquiry
Kathleen Fallbig herself went into the witness box at the Blanche inquiry. She hadn't done so before the jury and she was cross-examined for days. Her lawyers wanted to call psychiatric and psychologist expert evidence but Blanche said he didn't need that. He also rejected very significantly some genetic evidence that linked Katherine Forbig with the deaths of two of her daughters. Now that really caused a very unusual reaction amongst a lot of the scientists involved. Some of whom are very serious international experts who felt an injustice had been done. They then got together and again the legal team are obviously involved in this process. Initially I think it was 90 and that grew over time to 150
