What is interpersonal neurobiology?

Dr. Dan Siegel is a psychiatrist, author, educator, and one of the most visionary minds in the fields of mental health, neuroscience, and human development. He is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine, the founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA, and the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute.
