Sullivan's Life and Work

Sullivan was assistant district attorney for new york city from 18 70 to 18 73. He later formed a firm with other lawyers before forming sullivan and cromwell. Sullivan dedicated an egyptian obelisk that still stands at the museum of modern art in New York City. The couple entered something called the 400, the list of the 400 most fashionable members of new york high society through his wife.
