That different parts of your brain starts lighting up. And we know from hormonal release too, you get a little dopamine drip going in the back, a little serotonin. If you can see yourself having good things in the future, good relationships, things change. So write it down. Write this down. You thought deeply about your life. You envisioned a compelling future, and you revisited that compelling future consistently.
