I think we often frame it as what do we want the goal to be and you know that can help us keep in mind like okay what are we trying to achieve here and how do we make sure that we're working to achieve that. I tend to kind of work backward that way think about what the goal is and kind of work my way back to see how we can get there more often than not. It also puts me in a position of having to model like my kid is young and doesn't understand what social media is and that's fine but it forced me to have conversations with my spouse of like hey can I talk about this thing or like can I even bring that up
