Sitting with Andrew Marley was very useful for me because I actually really like the early modern Grimwars aesthetics. The one I don't like is the 19th century, silly painted wands and all the rest of it. So that's fine. It's a style thing that I'm not resonant with. There are always some guiding rules at least, you know, so you can transgress those but at the same time, unless you actually abide by some basics, no one is going to recognize what the hell you're doing.
