The Blood Drops on Ellen's Face
There's no blood in the middle because that's where her body was. The fact that those are such like thick drops of circular congealed blood lets me think that there was some waiting, right? Because blood is viscous. It takes some time for it to actually drip down. And given what Sam says in the 911 call, I don't know how you can conclude that Ellen's body wasn't moved. She just seems like she obviously was moved and maybe there's an innocent explanation for why it was moved, but somebody moved it.
