Is He Under Eating Right Before Bedtime?

Eating too much salad and oatmeal is a huge part of it. You burn through that stuff. All the science supports not eating right before bed. If i eat like, three hours before bedtime, and then i go to bed in bly, i will either be unable to fall asleep,. or i'll wake up two or three hours later and have to go into the kitchen and eat more all the time. The other thing that i think it could be helpful for you is that i've found personally, that when i eat more throughout the day, that's helpful. So larger portions can help ameliorate sleep problems.
