I've noticed too is you get to that sort of 30s and all of a sudden not everyone's coming with you. So it's maybe less, I think you're right in past generations where it's like, maybe I don't do everything and let other people have a go. But also we need to see that collaborative does not mean all the same. It means uniqueness working together in the context of community.
