Is There a Reason for the 28 Pages to Be Withheld From the Public?

I expect every American president to withhold information from his people and even lie when national security interests are at stake. It just goes with the territory. And i don't have reason to fault president bush any more than any other president. In this case, it seems to me that you can criticize the bush administration of treating nine 11 as an opportunity to invade ero. The easier thing to do is lump both o these invasions together under the heading of the war on terror.
