Watching Biographies Is Really Important

i would recommend just watching as many biographies as you can about people. Look up a, you know, history. Anything that it's good to know more about. Politic whatever your political wherever you land on the political spectrum. At least know what people are saying on both sides of the don't just bei a bubble where you only hear stuff from your side. Try a lot of new things, like going out and, ah, try a bunch of new foods. And holy cow, if you really make it a point for like six months  to go eat somewhere new.
