The Role of Sinai in Judaism
In Judaism there's a theological like founding story, which is the idea that we all were at Sinai. And I think if you have that orientation, then no amount of technological or cultural or political change can really shake you because you feel that fundamentally there is a story of continuity. That's what interesting. Part of that idea is making everyone feel like they have an equal stake in this story that is continuously being told and you're part of that story.
