Make sure when you do win, it's a team celebration and share those moments. Always explain to them why it's important to the business. If they know the bigger long-term picture, they're going to make smarter decisions. You can really get caught up in the nitty gritty of an agile sprint. But just remember, always keep that big picture. And that's what your job is. That's why you're the product person.
