When i've delivered, m the final version of a borh is, i will write down that, literally that day. I'll try and refine those ideas over the course of a month. And when i start a first draft, i usually have the opening scene, two characters, anmidway pop point - then i'll just start writing. Usually within two months, sometimes threei has of onfavorinly careere its tenant towards the three-month mark. Then it's copy,. then it's editor after that onte we're both happy with a new book.
