Is There a Text Based Medium for Conflict Resolution?

It is mandatory that it be a face to face conversation regarding conflicts, and absolutely no texting or emaling regarding any conflict of any kind. The root issue is you need to learn to catch your tongue before you say something stupid. And number two, you're not really dealing with the root issues, or there there's a chance that you won't be dealing with the rot issues. I could totally see a scenario where, if that was the case with me, i would just not say what i'm really feeling. That means that we haven't really dealt with the true problem.
