What Is the Second Brain Code?

I have this methodology that i call code, the second brain code, c, o d e. Ah, and it describes the four steps of the creative process, capture, organize, distil and express. That's what i teach basically, like whether it's turning those high lights into pieces of writing or just for your own revisiting and review. I think papoggram is a great essay about this.
