Sanctions on Cuba and Venezuela?

The bidon administration is in negotiations with the medoro government, and that the sanctions are seem to be on the table. I'm not advocating for some kind of release of sanctions against cuba nor venezuela. But i am convinced that this sanctions, they are not going to deliver a the regime change ive believe that's pretty obvious by now.
