i've had to catch myself during when i used to lead a team of people. It's sometimes good to add value, I can't tell you when it is or isn't good. At work, about half the time, if you have to ask, its worth it. At home, there's a good bet don't even think about it. Youknow, this going to be a good idea? It probably won't be.
