Dennis Dros-Panta is the president of Ticar Engineering LLC. He and Kyle O'Hern both worked at D-Cats before starting their own companies. Dennis says his life journey has taken him to Nepal, India, Australia but he's a "proud global citizen than I can say" The two men are also co-founders of D-Chat engineering which works in Nepal.
