The Importance of Unpredictability
If Trump won a second term, what would that look like? It would look like the first term, but only worse. There was something really interesting when I talked to senior foreign policy officials and they said he will never change. He's completely transactional. In other words, he's not motivated by any moral considerations or ideological considerations. The most important thing that we will see is how people stopped him from doing what he wanted to do.
