When i even started the phone call with you, it was like the last time that i knew you had moved in with your partner. My life was in a different place when i was 39. I ended the relationship a couple months before the pandemic happened. Having somebody with you would have been comforting, even if it was toxic. More than getting through a break up, it became less out that and more about understanding why i made the choices i made in my life.
